1.Introduction
This equipment is used for aluminum billet lubrication, it can adsorb aluminum and repel steel. So it can achieve better isolation effects.

2. Equipment Technical Requirements:
2.1 BN (Boron nitride) mixed liquid is uniformly atomized and sprayed onto the aluminium billet end lubrication area, with low usage and good lubrication separation effect. It can smoothly detach the extrusion pad from the extrusion cylinder and aluminum rod without any adhesion,meeting the process requirements for fixing the extrusion pad.

2.2 The thermal stability of boron nitride mixed liquid is good, and it still has good lubrication and separation effect at high temperatures of 600 ℃.

2.3 The automatic spray device of boron nitride separating agent can automatically spray and lubricate when the aluminum rod reaches the
spray station to ensure that the boron nitride mixture covers the entire end face of the aluminum rod; The amount of boron nitride mixture used for each aluminum rod is ≤ 25g.

2.4 The power supply method is: the control cabinet inlet and outlet boxes are installed according to the specifications, with clear and
permanent wire numbers.

2.5 The seller shall provide buyer with electrical schematic diagrams and input points for the control program before shipment, in order to facilitate the connection between the buyer and the extrusion press control program.
