Controlled by PLC, it ensures stability for the reciprocal motion of carriages, avoiding vibration marks. Designed for extrusion speeds of 60-72 meters/min and presses ranging from 3600T to 7500T, our all-electric, fully servo-driven three-head puller supports press capacities from 700T to 10000T. Aluminium extrusion double puller is used for the pulling and sawing operation for aluminium extruding . It is controlled by PLC servo and sets the puller force value based on synchronization with the extrusion discharge speed, so that the profiles can be drawn out of the mold cavity flat and cooled under tension, preventing uneven length, hanging, twisting and deformation of the profiles, thereby improving the yield and surface quality of the profiles.
When multiple profiles are extruded, the metal flow is uniform. When a single profile is extruded, it can accelerate the slow metal flow at the die sizing zone, thereby making the metal flow uniform throughout the entire section, compensating for about 5% of the outflow velocity;Reduce waste by 20-30% compared to a single tractor.
As a system, the double head tractor does not need to rely on non extrusion cycles to rearrange the next extrusion cycle, providing higher output while reducing waste.Fully automatic control, random sawing without stopping at the junction of the profile, achieving the goal of continuous discharge to improve production capacity and quality.
