Aluminum profile handling table including lead table, water/air/mist cooling, run out table,catching table, cooling table, storage table , stretcher, final saw with chips collector etc.
Lead table length is customized, equiped with water tank system for queching or three functions of water/air/mist cooling .
Extrusion puller machine will match with the length of handling table.
Depend on profile weight and billet diameter size, will add convey chain on basis of transfer felt and roller.
One-man stretcher , two -man stretcher are all available, PLC control, HMI operation to realize automatic,stretcher pressure are adjustable.
Final saw realize automatic length sized, touch screen operation, PLC control, after finished saw, automatic convey table are available.
