I.working principle: it have two functions,assembly die and die ring, also it can separate die ring and die through hydraulic pressure

Lifting the die ring and die into the machine, it can load die into die ring, also it can separate the die from die ring. The machine can help reduce labor intensity,  improve work efficiency, and save costs.

II.Operating process flow

load die into die ring

1 Start the motor.

2 The oil pump is supplying oil and running.

3 Lifting die ring

4 Move die into workbench

5 Confirm Alignment Line.

6 The hydraulic cylinder working forward.

7 Push the die into the die ring.

8 Lift assemblyed die and die ring.

9 Reset.

Unload die off die ring

10 Start the motor.

11 The oil pump is supplying oil and running.

12 Lifting die ring

13 Move die into workbench

14 Confirm Alignment Line.

15 The hydraulic cylinder working forward.

16 Push the die out of the die ring.

17 Lift off the die and die ring.

18 Reset.
