Single log aluminium billet heating furnace introduction

The long single log aluminium billet heating furnace is used for the pre process of aluminum extrusion, realizing the heating, holding and hot shear (hot saw) of aluminum billet, and providing conditions for advanced extrusion processes.

The long single log aluminium billet heating furnace has the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection (natural gas energy consumption of 25-30 cubic meters/ton of aluminum billet), high efficiency and high yield, rapid heating (15-30 minutes from cold furnace heating to aluminum billet reaching extrusion temperature), high cutting accuracy (accuracy can reach<± 3mm), uniform temperature (uniformity<± 8 ℃), and full automation (PLC control).

The long single log aluminium billet heating furnace is used in the pre extrusion process of aluminum materials, mainly for heating aluminum billets. It is a new aluminum billet heating technology developed by combining multiple new technologies such as natural gas enhanced heating and hydraulic hot cutting. It has the advantages of flexible pbilletuction organization, high degree of automation, good operating environment, and low energy consumption, and has quickly been widely adopted by manufacturers. It mainly consists of the following five parts:
