3. Aluminium extrusion profile aging oven is equipped with a loading trolley (the material frame is provided by the customer),the furnace door can be raised and lowered mechanically (or manually), and the furnace door is self-weight pressed. The air deflector is directly mounted on the furnace door, making operation convenient. The rear of the furnace body (for double-door furnaces) is equipped with a suitable heat circulation fan, which is of a double-suction type, ensuring the thermal performance of the furnace.
The furnace is equipped with two temperature measurement holes for temperature control and overtemperature protection. When users have special requirements,
additional temperature measurement holes can be agreed upon during ordering for the installation of multi-point recorders and regular testing purposes. The furnace is designed with an overtemperature and overtime alarm protection circuit, which prompts staff to operate through audible and visual alarms.
