The quenching device includes: air cooling system, water cooling system, roller conveyor in the water tank, hot water pool and cold water pool device, as well as water pumps, filters, etc. required for quenching water cooling.
Quenching equipment requires zone control. It is possible to adjust and control the quenching water volume and quenching strength in each zone based on different alloys and specifications of products. The upper cover of the quenching device can be lifted and lowered. When squeezing the first material, after the upper cover is raised, the profile can be manually pulled to the extrusion press. After the profile passes through the quenching tank, the upper cover of the quenching tank can be lowered. The quenching tank, nozzle, pipeline and other parts in contact with quenching water are all made of stainless steel material.
The quenching device should be as close as possible to the end face of the front beam of the extrusion press.
The quenching device is a cooling system that can generate strong heat transfer and direct cooling. Perform air cooling, spraying, or water mist cooling as needed.
The length of the system consists of an upper cooling hood and a lower cooling hood. The upper cooling cover is lifted by a reducer, while the lower cooling cover is fixed. The upper and lower cooling covers are connected to the fan, and the lower cooling cover is equipped with supporting rollers. The roller adopts a felt roller with a temperature resistance of 600 ℃.
The device uses a reducer to control the height of the rollers to meet the support requirements of products at different heights.
