A、Knocking way

•Use a special hammer to knock the side,when bulge happens on the bearing,then file the bulge smooth until the effect meet hole size requirements.

••The direction of hammer must be parallel with the bearing.The postion should be 3-5mm to the feed hole,too close the place will collapse,too far the shrinkage effect cannot be evident.

•••The hammer postion should be slow place of metal feeding.This metod can accelerate the metal flow.

••••Before knocking,the die should be heated to 300-400ºC,it is easy for operation and avoid breaking.

B、Welding way

•the weld metal should be similar to die material,then file the part to the required size.

••Before welding the die should be heated to 400~480ºC,after operation the die needs to do destressing treatment.

C、Chrome-plating way

• polish the place which needs to do shrinkage,protect the other place,then do chrome-plating,the chrome-plating thickness bases on shrinkage requirement.

••Normally chrome-plating hardness is high,surface is smooth,the thikness can reach 1mm.When file is very difficut to correct the die,this way is a good choice.
